BZIS maintains high standards of requirements for teacher recruitment. The teachers we hire all hold valid teaching certificates and have a minimum of three years teaching experience.

Faculty Administration Admissions
The overseas hired teachers are mainly recruited through Search Associates which is one of the largest international school placement organizations in the U.S. . We select the top 10% sometimes the top 2%
rated among the Search Associates candidates. With strong knowledge of current educational philosophy
