Beijing Zhongguancun International School (BZIS) was founded in 2002 to serve the Zhongguancun Science & Technology Zone, which is called the “Silicone Valley” of China. The school was originally set up as the first international school in China that would serve the educational needs of the returning overseas Chinese.
